This is my late-diagnosis experience, too: realizing my family expects me to be the care-giver and never the receiver, not even the one time I really needed it. I'm so sorry.

I so relate. In 2018 I was hospitalized for 3 days, and no one came to see me. I have a sister who lives in the same city and one who lives 2 hours away! WTF! Furthermore, when my brother was in the hospital, my sister traveled over 1000 miles to help.
